Sam Anwar ("I," "me," or "my") is an independent media buying strategist and marketing consultant.   • Ad account access — access you grant to your Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, pages, or pixels so I can manage campaigns (access is granted through Meta's permission system; I never ask for your passwords)
  • Communication data — messages, inquiries, and feedback you send me

  • Usage data — pages visited, time on page, clicks, and referral source on my website
  • Device data — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language
  • Analytics data — collected through tools such as Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage
  • Cookies — analytics cookies and any essential cookies needed for the site to work

2. How I Use Your Information

  • To deliver the services you hire me for, including ad management, copywriting, funnel analysis, and reporting

3. Client Data and Confidentiality

Data from your ad accounts, sales, and customers is used only to run and report on your campaigns. I do not share your results, creatives, or business data with other clients or third parties without your written permission. When our work ends, you can remove my access from your Business Manager at any time.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact inquiries — kept for 24 months, then deleted
  • Client project files and reports — kept for 24 months after our work ends, unless you ask for earlier deletion

  • HTTPS encryption on my website
  • Ad account access managed through Meta's role-based permissions, never shared passwords
  • No payment card details collected through my website or DMs
  • Access controls on the tools and files I use for client work

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
  • Objection — object to processing of your personal data

10. Saudi Arabia PDPL Compliance

For users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). This includes processing personal data only for the purposes in this policy, not transferring it outside the Kingdom without adequate protections, and honoring your rights to access, correct, and delete your data.

11. Children's Privacy

My services are not directed to anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe I have, contact me and I will delete it promptly.
